For many of us, it’s a takeaway coffee and a snack. A small treat that lasts a few minutes.
For a girl supported by Power Of Pads, that same £5 can provide a pack of reusable period pads that will help her manage her periods with dignity, stay in school, and focus on her future.
Through our work with our partners we have delivered over 21,700 pads to over 4300 girls. The impact is immediate. Girls receive not only menstrual products, but also education, mentoring, and encouragement to believe in themselves and their potential.

Yet the need remains immense. We know thousands of girls are still facing the monthly challenge of managing their periods without adequate support. But lasting change requires more than one-off donations. To reach more girls and plan our projects effectively, we need committed monthly supporters.
By giving just £10 a month, equivalent to two cups of coffee, you can provide reusable pads for at least two girls every month. Over a year, that’s 24 girls whose education, confidence, and wellbeing can be supported because of your generosity.
Monthly donations allow us to plan ahead, work with partners to purchase supplies in advance, respond quickly to requests from schools, and expand our reach to communities where the need is greatest. They give us the confidence to commit to projects knowing the funding will be there when girls need us most.
Recently, we reached 100 girls through our partnership with Down To Talent, but hundreds more are still waiting for support.
