We are coming to the end of 2014 and Joyce Dodoy our midwife is retiring. Her retirement gift from the trustees was a cow that is in calf. She has called her Nafyoo, which is the name of a tribe that is renowned for its fertility. Joyce has been a staunch member of our team and everyone will miss her gentle and respectful way that she treats patients and colleagues alike. Joyce has said that Nafyoo’s first calf will be donated to her Church for a needy family. Joyce will then keep subsequent calves and hopefully enjoy a small income from Nafyoo’s milk.
